SugarCRM is an Open Source CRM software that you can discover on their website : www.sugarcrm.com.

 

PrestaShop has only the smallest customer relationship management system integrated. If you want more functionnalities, you had better use a dedicated software like SugarCRM.

 

This module not only enables you to export with just a click your customers and orders (using Sugar's opportunities) into the CRM, but also to fully synchonise the CRM with your shop, adding customers and orders as soon as they are registered and placed.

 

 

Be aware that this module does not include Sugar, so you have to install it by yourself. The module will be connected to both databases and must have an access to Sugar's database (it can be the same one). You will also have to add 3 lines of code into PrestaShop core.
