SIPS - Payment in multiple instalments is similar to Atos SIPS but you can split the transaction into several parts that will be sent to the bank at defined intervals.



Thus, a payment transaction in n instalments generates n transactions that have the same id but are performed on different dates. Each transaction is independent of the others and includes a systematic authorisation request. In case of agreement, said transaction is sent to the bank. In case of refusal, the transaction is not replayed.



For that type of payment to be implemented, the merchant must determine the amount of the first transaction, the total number of debit operations and their periodicity.



The merchant will be able to override these limits and offer payments in multiple instalments themselves, by initiating each instalment via the duplication operation. Thus, after a first payment (or verification payment), the merchant will be able to duplicate the initial transaction for each instalment and give the transaction the corresponding amount.
